- Maintaining employee records and files, including benefits information, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Assisting with employee relations issues, such as handling complaints and resolving conflicts.
- Administering employee benefits programs and communicating benefits information to employees.
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of company events and activities.
- Managing the company's employee handbook and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Assisting with the performance evaluation process and recommending performance improvement plans.
- Supporting the HR department with various projects and tasks as needed.
